Jacob is the last man standing among the Lagman siblings in the HeadPenn-Olivares Tennis Championships at the Olivarez tennis courts in Parañaque City today.

Lagman will have his hands full as he plays in the semifinal round in two different classes.

The top seed in the boy's 12-under, Lagman silenced Michael Sicat, 6-0, 6-0 to meet Kyle Cordero again in the quarterfinal round.

In the boy's 14-under, he clobbered Vince Gumban, 6-0, 6-0 before letting Arjohn dela Cruz retire in 6-7, 6-3, 3-0.

Lagman will be facing John Maverick Ribaya in the boy's 12-under penultimate round and Kim Polero in the boy's 14-under class.

His elder brother, Julius failed to hang on and gave up the fight after three hours to Akio Sy.

Julius was followed in the exit doors by Jessica Clarise after bowing to Shanine Olivarez, 0-6, 0-6.
