Tabotabo grabs ticket to Escudero Cup finals

Vince Marc Tabotabo grabbed another final ticket after winning his semifinal round assignment in the Escudero Cup in San Pablo, Laguna yesterday.

Tabotabo is going for his fourth title opposite Eric Olivarez today under the unisex 10-under class.

The Tuburan-native Tabotabo moved up to the final round after taking away a 6-2, 6-1 win against Nael Puche today after he dumped Ernesto Gatdula in the quarterfinal round yesterday, 6-4, 6-0.

If Tabotabo wins today, this will be his fourth straight title in-a-row in Luzon this summer. — Caecent No-ot-Magsumbol
