Uypitching eyes sweet revenge over Conde in Joy Flores Cup

Reigning MS Motosuit Motocross Series Rider of the Year awardee, Irwin Ramas-Uypitching, hopes to bounce back from defeat in the fourth leg of the MS Motosuit Series-Joy Flores Cup this morning at Ilihan in Tabogon, Cebu.

Uypitching is in top shape as he eyes to extract revenge over his conqueror, Ted Conde of Ozamis City.

Conde was a veteran of some national motocross series until he decided to temporarily take a leave to pursue other opportunities.

Now, he is on the trail of staging a major comeback and his latest victim was no less than Uypitching, who has been racing internationally not only for the love of the sport but also to promote their products, which is RUSI.

On the other hand, John Flores, son of today's host, Joy Flores, is also expected to make some daring moves under the mini division.

For his part, Jon-Jon Adlawan, another small-but-skillful rider under PowerSports Racing will not be around as he will be racing in the FIM Motocross of Asia-Philippine leg in Palawan, where he is set to compete in the international event under the 125 cc class.

Adlawan's teammates at PSR, however, are expected to show up and give their rivals a run for their money including the Abellar siblings, Chai Hong Sy and the Alquisola brothers.

Other notable riders in today's race are Pepo and Andot Rubi, Clark Wagas, Donkey Sanchez, Nonoy Reluya, Bonnie Bustillo and Seigfred Ornopia, among others.

Aside from the experts' battle, there will also be races for the mini, beginners open and production, novice, intermediate and executive divisions. - Caecent No-ot-Magsumbol
