Toring was outsmarted by Ian Colina in the final leg, but this did not hamper his bid for the RCM title as he was able to accumulate enough points in the previous races.
Toring ended with a total of 74 points and became the first RCM awardee for 2007.
The last leg winner, Colina of Spark Kleen settled second overall with 59 points while teammate Xerox Lauron ended third with 49 points.
The team's final classification saw the Toring-led Rut Machine Shop on top with 120 points.
Spark Kleen was second with 111, Kalit at third spot with 60 points, Gwapings on fourth spot with 59 points and the Social Climbers at fifth place with 30 points in this event sponsored by Spark Kleen Laundry Powder, Vellum, Al Figer and Glenn Rasco.
In class C, Drunk's Celso Nebria nipped Dok's Jonathan Simbajon to win, not only the last leg honors, but the overall title.
Nebria grabbed 46 points, which is just a point ahead of Simbajon.
The third place winner was Hyde Esmalin with 41 points, Lindoy Ermitanio was at fourth place with 35 points and another Drunk rider, Celing Villarosa at fifth place with 33 points. - Caecent No-ot-Magsumbol
