Around 30 to 40 powerlifters from the Visayas and Mindanao fitness clubs and private groups compete for the top honors as the organizing group, the Powerlifting Association of the Philippines Incorporated expects new breeds to show up and test their might.
Meet records as well as National marks are also expected to be broken.
Participants will be divided into different divisions and weight categories as they vie for exciting prizes.
Aside from the top honors in their classes, powerliftings will also go for the best lifter award in both the male and female division.
