Equalizers, Tan Kim Ching pace BOYBA hoop

The Equalizers and Tan Kim Ching shared the top spot with two wins and a loss after the first round of action in the Between Old and Young Basketball Association (BOYBA) at the Capitol Parish gym.
Tan Kim Ching grabbed its second win in three games after winning against the MDs, 78-58.
The MDs or the dribbling doctors started badly with several turnovers and at the same time losing many offensive and defensive rebounds to the advantage of TKC.
Dr. Leopold Lucero tried to turn things around in the final half, but TKC's Jepoy Tan spoiled Lucero's tactics with his rainbow shots that kept his team at bay.
Even with TKC's mainman fouled out in the fourth quarter, the MDs still failed to make a good run and bowed down.
On the other hand, the Equalizers enjoyed a no-sweat win via default game against the Slimmers of Dr. Stephen Bullo.
Action returns on November 7 with the MDs and the Slimmers, which had 1-2 win-loss card, tackling each other and the Equalizers and TKC opposite each other in the main game.
