Pantonial captures Oct. crown

Michael Pantonial emerged as the October Road Cyclist of the Month after five legs which ended the other day at the Mandaue City reclamation area.

Pantonial of Team Gwapings may have missed the top spot in the last two legs of this monthly series, but a second place behind Kalit's Ricky Ermitanio in the final leg gave him the edge over John Paul Baco for the top honors in the individual category.

Pantonial accumulated a total of 82 points, while Baco wound up second with 75 points.

Xerox Lauron came out third with 63 points.

The last race of the month saw another Team Gwapings mainstay, Art Lambo, finishing at third. - Caecent O. No-ot
