Over a hundred participants composed of Cebuanos and some out-of-town dribbles are expected to see action in the event which will have different challenges to be set.
The top 15 in the Cebu elimination will advance to the National Finals on October 28 at the Pasay Sports Complex where they will be meeting with the other qualifiers from the other regions namely Dagupan, Davao and Metro Manila.
The grand winner in the National Finals will be taking home P250,000.
If the Guinness world record will be broken, another P250,000 awaits the record breaker.
The record for the longest continuous dribbling is owned by African-American Joseph Odhiambo. He dribbled non-stop in 26 hours and 40 minutes.
