Fiel rules CEPCA monthly chess tilt

YVES Fiel is on its winning form again as he ruled the latest Cebu Executives and Professional Chess Association (CEPCA) Monthly Handicapping Chess Tournament.
Fiel posted a total sof six points after seven rounds as he sealed his bid with a convincing win against Jonard Labadan.
Percy Fiel, on the other hand, claimed the second spot as while Maggi Dionson wound up third.
Manday Baria was fourth with 4.5 points and 19.5 Bucholz while Dante Arguelles was the fifth placer with 4.5 points and 19 Bucholz.
