Bimoli Cooking Oil stuns Dunkin Donuts/Gillamac in SHABA hoop

Bimoli Cooking Oil stunned defending champion Dunkin Donut/Gillamac'97 as it pulled a convincing 52-37 victory in the Sacred Heart Alumni Basketball Association (SHABA) basketball tournament at the SHS-Jesuit gym.

With the win, Bimoli now ties the lead with Dunkin Donuts/Gillamac, both carding six wins and a loss.

Dunkin Donuts failed to sustain the battle after it losing its star point guard Eugene Barte, was evicted out of the games for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Dave Lim showed why he was MVP again as he leads his team with 18 points.

On the other hand, Stanford Labs'99 demolished K-1 Family KTV 2001, 77-48.

Stanford's Jem Huang is back in the groove after suffering an injury with 16 points to his credit.

In the other games, MTO Spies 05/98 went too much for GEF-Koppel'98, 52-37, even as the Crazy Dragons 02/97 fell victim to San Miguel 2006, 78-48.

Big Mao bouncing back from defeat, winning 62-52 against Borplus Pipes 91-92-93 and Hyundai 94 defeated Petron Blaze'95, 55-50.
