This year's battle is expected to be a lot more exciting with the entry of three international schools, namely the Center for International Education (CIE), Child Development Center of Cebu (CDCC) and Royal Oaks International School.
The event will be featuring two divisions-the passerelle and SBP,
A total of 11 teams will be vying for the crown in the passerelle and 10 in the SBP division.
"With more teams seeing action, we expect that the competition will be raised to a certain level as more teams want to win and represent Cebu in the Regional Finals and National Finals," said MILO Best Cebu franchise holder Mar Cabahug.
The debuting Royal Oaks will be under bracket A in the passerelle along with defending champion Don Don Bosco College, Sacred Heart School-Jesuit, Cebu Institute of Technology, University of Cebu and University of San Carlos North-A.
The other new team, CIE, will be under bracket B together with USC North-B, USC South, Colegio dela Inmaculada Concepcion-Mandaue and University of Southern Philippines Foundation.
Royal Oaks and another new-comer, CDCC, will be under bracket A in the SBP division along with former national champion USC SC-A, CIC-M and USC North-A and the while DBC, USC South-B, USC North-B, SHS-J and USPF crowd Bracket B.
