E-Mall Sports Challenge set to begin August

The 2006 Elizabeth Mall Sports Challenge will feature a total of six sporting events starting with the taekwondo competition on August 5-6 at the E-Mall activity center.
The other events to be featured are table tennis, darts, rapid chess, karate-do and sportsclimbing, which will be debuting.
Table tennis will be next in line with the event set August 12 with five categories including the men's team event, boys and girls 20-under and 14 under doubles.
Sportsclimbing, on the other hand, will be on August 19-20 with the boys and girls division and then karate-do on August 26-27.
Darts will be on August 27 with the doubles event while rapid chess will be on September 2.
Over P100,00 cash prizes plus trophies and medals are at stake in the third edition of the event.
Interested parties must present a valid receipt worth P200 issued from July 20 to August 25 in exchange of a tournament stub. The stub can be claimed at the Privilege card booth of the mall and to be presented during the registration in the respective events.
Some of the events are invitational and other limited to the first 100 or 150 entries only.
