Tiu Gan captures 3rd title in CIFYA bowlfest

Team Tiu Gan kept its sizzling streak as it collected another championship trophy through the team event in the Cebu Inter-Family Youth Association(CIFYA) 23rd Inter-Family Bowling Tournament at Gaisano Bowlingplex in Brgy. Banilad, this city.

The combined forces of doubles champion, Clarence and Clark Tiu, along with Edwin Cuenco and Manny Tiu, powered Tiu Gan to its third straight title.

Tiu Gun topped the team event with a total of 4,990 pinfalls. Clark Tiu was the best scorer with 1,329 pins.

Leok Tek A of Nat Go, Undo, Junjun and Docdoc Gothong settled for second place with 4,797 pinfalls .

The Yap Fraternity was third with 4,190 pins, while Lim's Brotherhood finished fourth with 4,153 pinfalls.

The CIFYA action resumes this Wednesday with the masters event.
