Mic & Mat, Lola Tikya's win in K Gallery hoop

Defending champion Mic & Mat Convenience Store defeated Don Bosco Friday Class, 93-85, and Lola Tikya's won against Kool Craft, 89-84, in the ongoing K Gallery Basketball Tournament 2nd Conference at Visayan Glass Gym.

Sherwin Candejada leads Mic & Mat with 18 points while Jimbo Noel topscored for Lola Tikya's with 20.

Both teams sport an identical 4-1 win-loss record in bracket B and will face each other on Friday with the winner advancing to the semifinal round.

In bracket A, Atan Guardo crushed Artkyob, 93-82, while undefeated CEBFA All Stars annihilated Moster Radio, 108-77.

Also, Diakon Konsult Construction ran over Lampel, 70-64.

CEBFA will have to win against Guardo on Saturday to avoid complications and advance to the next round.

If Guardo wins, there could be a triple tie if Diakon defeats AD Auto Sales and the point system will be used to determine the top two.
