All is set for staging of the Milo Basketball Efficiency Scientific Training (BEST) Center-Cebu on April 24-29 at the Capitol Parish gym.
Dubbed as Asia's first scientific basketball school, the Milo BEST will be steered Christian Marko Cabahug, the son of Boots Cabahug, the head of operations.
"It is indeed a big task ahead. However, I will be giving my best," said Christian in a luncheon press meeting.
Christian is not new to MILO Best Cebu. He graduated in MILO Best Cebu and has worked as support crew in the last 10-years. He spearheaded the computerization of the MILO Best Cebu registration process.
The process outdated usual pen and paper registration and it consolidated the MILO Best Cebu database.
The young Cabahug hopes that under his leadership, they will also be able to discover and develop grassroots basketball talents.
The Milo Best has produced top basketball players in the PBA and PBL, among other basketball leagues.
The new coordinator, Christian Cabahug is counting in more trainees this year.
Registration fee is pegged at P1,750 per participant.
A discount can also be availed by the participants by going to any leading supermarket, which gives out MILO discount cards.
"All they need to do is get that discount card, present it during registration along with a Milo label and receipt of purchase," Christian said.
For more information, interested parties may call 3469941, 3465020 and 3447611.
