Striker Dominic Garcia broke the ice 13 minutes down the game following three passes from his teammates to take Springdale past Hiroshi, 1-0.
Later, Carlos Miguel Veloso added another goal, seven minutes left in the game via a penalty kick and after a short break, the wards of coach Mario Ceniza did not look back until a determined Miguel Angelo Ariola made a bold move and went for a solo run, leaving Hiroshi's goalie Voljenn Sotto helpless.
Aside from winning the title, Paref-Springdale also took all but one of the individual awards.
Only the best striker award slipped past Springdale with Don Bosco Technological Center's Bernard Buot grabbing the title.
Veloso led the individual awardees after winning the Most Valuable Player as teammates Paolo Pascual took the best goal keeper, Kevin Tecson as the best midfielder and Jerryl Kenneth Enriquez as the best defenders.
Paref-Springdale now prepares for the Red Ribbon National Championships which will be held in May as announced by the organizing Cebu Football Association president Maxi Maximo.
