K caging sets 2nd conference

The success of the first K Gallery Basketball Tournament, which was won by Mic & Matt Convenience Store, encouraged the organizing committee to bankroll a second conference, starting April 2 at the Visayan Glass gym.

More teams are invited to the tournament, which will have modifications in the ground rules like players eligibility and prizes to be given to the winners.

This time, teams are allowed to have one in former collegiate varsity player standing below six feet, who is inactive for at least two years, and only one six footer.

Varsity, commercial or ex-commercial players are not allowed.

The champion will receive P10,000 and the runner-up will get P5,000.

Registration fee is P6,000, which is due on March 26.

Teams who already have shown interest are Hodenz, DGL Motorsports, SCH Marketing, Sea Master Plastic, Sunjay, Poimen, ACES, Harumi and defending champion Mic & Matt.
