Canasa pockets two leg titles in RECYCLE series

JunJun Canasa went home equally-happy as eventual Road Cyclist of the Month winner Dexter Lapuz after earning two leg titles, with the mountain stage as the latest last Saturday in barangay, Taptap, this city.

Canasa dominated the final leg, beating Jerome Belhida as Roy Carbonera came out third.

Canasa's back-to-back victories pushed him further up, from fourth to second in the overall standings with 55 points, so far.

Dexter Lapuz, who was seventh place in the final leg, came out as the fastest class B rider in the month of February after collecting a total of 74 points. Richard Patalinghug settled for third with 50 points.
