All persons who served as volunteers during the 23rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games can now get their certificate of appreciation at the Philippine Sports Commisson-VII office located at the Cebu City Sports Center.
Around 400 volunteers were involved in Cebu City alone during the SEA Games.
To get their certificates, the volunteers must bring their SEA Games identification card.
PSC-VII still has to verify from its main office whether the certificates they received earlier also include the volunteers of Mandaue and Danao.
The volunteers did a very good job during the SEA Games, making the Cebu organizers' tedious task in running the Games a lot easier.
The volunteers have even earned recognition and appreciation from foreign delegates and officials of the different international governing bodies of the different sports held here in Cebu.
