The 2006 series starts with the Lakeshore National Triathlon Championships (NTC) on February 5 at the Lakeshore in Mexico, Pampanga.
After that, comes the 2006 SPEEDO-National Age-Group Triathlon (NAGT), which will be kicking off in Davao City on March 12. The second leg will be held in Danao City on March 26.
A total of seven races will compose the NAGT Series to be held all over the country.
On April 8 and 9, Clark, Pampanga will host both the Asian Aquathlon Championships and the Asian Duathlon Championships.
On May 7, triathlon action returns to Subic Bay with the staging of the annual Legenda Subic Bay International Triathlon (SUBIT) and Inter-Club Competition.
Triathletes aged 15 years and below will have their own share of triathlon action as this year's Fit & Tri Youth Triathlon Series will be held in three separate events.
Also highly-anticipated this year will be the Asian O2 Long Distance Triathlon, covering a distance of 3-kilometer swim, 80km bike and 20km run.
