The Disciplinary Committee of CebuFA came out with separate decisions after their meeting Last November 10 with committee chairman Mark Bretherton.
DBYC was meted the heaviest penalty with a P6,000 fine and a one-year suspension of its coach from all the CebuFA sanctioned tournaments.
DBYC, under David Gerali, defaulted its last two matches against Inter FC Cebu and Cebu International School.
In another incident, coach Glen Ramos and his wards from UC, are banned from joining one tournament after it walked out during their match against University of San Jose-Recoletos in the CESAFI event, which is also a CebuFA sanctioned tilt.
The ban will take effect in the Aboitiz Football Cup.
"It was obvious in the report by tournament director Bro. Mari Aberasturri and referee Michael Culibra that UC abandoned the match because they were given sufficient time to get back in the field of play," said Eddie Buot, one of the board of directors.
However, Buot also got a dose of his medicine after his own team, University of the Visayas, the CESAFI champion, are rejected from its appeal to join the Aboitiz Cup due to their failure to submit the necessary documents and entry fees on time.
