Tabunok reaches semifinals in Talisay hoopfest

Team Tabunok advanced into the semifinal round after posting an 81-78 victory over Poblacion in the seniors division of the Talisay City Mayor's Cup 2005 basketball tournament in Talisay City.

G2 Abellana had 19 points as Tabunok set up a showdown with Lagtang for a championship berth. On the other hand, San Roque bested Poblacion, 76-64, in the SK category. In the other games, Cansojong grabbed a 57-53 win over Dumlog, while the Jon Cabuenas and Celleo

Desucatan-spearheaded San Isidro dumped Pook, 77-59.
