J&B extends win streak to 6 in PPSA caging

J&B stretched its unbeaten streak to six after crushing Pipeline Resto Bar, 108-99, in the 30-Above category of the Punta Princesa Sports Association basketball tournament at the Vicente Sotto Memorial
Gym.
Ex-commercial standout Michael Dumdum powered J&B's onslaught with 33 points as it jump off to a hot start, although Pipeline tried to close in the waning minutes by slicing the lead to four points, 92-96, behind Lito Navarro.
The Arellano brother's Art and Keith dished out 19 points apiece.
Navarro, on the other hand, dished out 50 points but his efforts were not good enough to lift his team as Pipeline suffered its third loss with two victories.
Earlier, Larimp Network Tech pulled of 95-85 come-from-behind win over Triple-T Architects.
Triple-T led in the first quarter with five points, 22-17, coming from the early assault's of Jerio Aguas, Lenon Rafols and Erwin Budiongan.
But Larimp easily erased the deficit and erected a huge 18-point lead, 47-29, at the turn and never looked back.
RingoBalbuena unleashed all of his 20-point output in the payoff period.
Larimp now registers 3-1 win loss record while Triple-T languished at the cellar with a 1-4 card.
