La Fleche b'minton shop opens Thursday

The newest and world-class badminton shop in Cebu, La Fleche Philippines Inc. Pro Shop, will have its grand opening at 4 pm on September 8 at its store along Gorordo Avenue (beside EPCIB).

La Fleche Pro Shop is the official and exclusive Philippine distributor of La Fleche athletic gears like raquets, shuttlecocks, bags, shoes and other types of athletic accessories.

La Fleche's owner from Hong Kong, Ng Kai Sze and his wife Tess, will be coming over to grace the opening and at the same time witness the staging of the Le Fleche Smash Off 2005 Badminton Tournament on September 9 at the Portside Badminton Court.

The proceeds of the tournament, which is divided into classes A, B , C, D, E, will go to the Franciscan Sisters for the Sacred Heart of Jesus Children's Hope.

Also expected to grace the event are Gerald Anthony "Didi" Gullas and his wife An-an, and Joselito "Jiji" Gullas.
