Gov Unity Volleyball listing ends today

The deadline of entries for the Governor Unity Volleyball Cup ends today as some 30 municipalities have already submitted their official line-up to signify its participation.
The month-long tournament is set to kick off on September 21 at the Mandaue City Sports and Cultural Complex.
The final clustering of the teams will have to be determined yet until all of the entries have been finalized.
A general assembly to all players, and coaches be held on September 7 at the Social Hall of the Capitol at 10 am and will be attended by Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia.
The Philippine Sports Commission, through its chairman William "Butch" Ramirez, pledged financial assistance and around 200 balls in support of the event.
