Sykes-B, on the other hand, survived a gritty Convergys, 65-60, to clinch the other finals slot.
Generoso Pardenilla and Jonah Arce, who banged in 27 points each, provided the heroics for Sykes-A squad by sinking crucial free throws in the extension period to give their team the margin.
During the regulation, Niel Velasquez provided E-Telecare with the three-pointer that sent the game into overtime, 73-all.
However, E-Telecare lost its two crucial players, Francisco Pacheco and Rondell Cacnio.
In the other game, Sykes-B's wily point guard Jan O'Niel Sahilan led the fierce rally with 14 points.
After a deadlock at the end of the 1st quarter, Sykes-B's veteran player Edmund Odulio used his experience to lift his team to a 14-6 run and a 31-23 halftime lead.
With the 65-60 win, Sykes-B will face Sykes-A in the first game of the best of three finals at 8 p.m. this Sunday.
E-Telecare will face off with Convergys in the one game fight for third at 7pm.
