Carcar dumps Moalboal

Carcar demolished Moalboal, 82-64, even as the little known Boljo-on debuted with a stunning 80-77 upset over Argao in the Dumanjug Inter-Town Basketball Tournament over the weekend at Dumanjug hardcourt.

Carcar, which won its first game by forfeiture over Barili, now leads Group B with a clean 2-0 win-loss slate. Moalboal fell to 1-1.

Boljo-on, on the other hand, dealt Argao its second straight defeat. Argao tasted its first setback at the hands of San Fernando, which is gunning for its second win in Group A this coming Saturday against Ronda.
