Seaman Trade paces CEC alumni bowling

Batch 1995-Seaman Trade is off to a good start to pace the 6th Cebu Eastern College Alumni Association Bowling Tournament.

Batch 1995 hauled a total of 2,073 pinfalls to also claim the highest team standing.

The five-man team of Edison Ho, Erwing Ong, Marvin Go, Xander Chua and Carter Gothong win P500 purse for the special award.

Batch 1960's-A, composed of King Yap, Cerge Go, Boy Kua and Enriquito Uy, is at the second position after knocking down 2,028 pins.

On the other hand, defending champion Batch 1978-Albert Surplus is yet to find their rhythm as they are locked in at the third spot with a 2,019 output behind the efforts of Albert Co, Boy Co, Edwin Apawan and Caloy Abellanosa.

Alain Lao of Batch 1996-99-Central Lumber also shared the limelight by logging the highest single with 236 pinfalls and received P300.

Making up in the top 16 in the individual ranking were Enriquito Uy (593), Alfred Dela Cerna (582), Edison Ho (580), Jose Ho, Jr., Boy Co (539), Vicente Yu (534), Marvin Go (530), Ernest Tan (529), Albert Co (526), Lao (524), Macmac Tiu (514), Wilbert Yu (510), Leo Tecson (510), Edwin Apawan (510), Toto Co (502) and James Tan (501).
