A total of 10 southern towns divided into two groups have already registered.
Competing in Group are Argao, San Fernando, Ronda, Alcantara and Boljo-on, while seeing action in group B are Carcar, Barili, Alcoy, Samboan and Moalboal.
The scheduled of games will be drawn by lots during the opening day.
Tournament chairman and event organizer Julian Macoy said the teams in each bracket will play a single round robin series, with the top two teams advancing into the crossover semifinals. The winners will then clash in a knockout finals, while the losers will battle for third place.
The champion will receive P50,000, while the second to fourth placers will pocket P30,000, P15,000 and P7,500, respectively.
To ensure fair competition, no undertrainees, varsity, former varsity and commercial players are allowed to compete in the tournament.
