Batobalonos said the three suspects and the victim were drinking and singing while the other suspect, Teodoro, who reportedly lost his money because of gambling, borrowed money from the victim.
When the celebration was over, Davis decided to go home but the four suspects threw stones at him.
“Di man sila kadoul kay nag-tuck-in man og sanggot ang biktima mao to ilang gitabangan og bato.
Responding policemen found the victim was already unresponsive.
They immediately conducted a hot pursuit operation and arrested Teodoro. They also arrested Ekiliano and Basilisco yesterday morning.
Batobalonos said the mother of the minor appeared before his office and told him that the 16-year-old boy will surrender to him.
