Human skeleton found in Talamban
CEBU, Philippines - Skeletal remains were found by a construction worker at Mountain View, Sitio Kalubihan, Barangay Talamban, Cebu City Wednesday morning.
Luisito Pancho, a laborer of Makati Development Corporation, reported that he and his colleagues were digging for a power line tower of the National Transmission Corp. when they found the remains about 2-feet under the ground.
The team composed of SPO4 Rey Cuyos, PO3 Lou Pagara, PO3 Leroy Baguio, and PO3 Nilo Aventurado responded to the incident and submitted the remains to the PNP Crime Laboratory-7 for further examination.

Roque Medalla claimed that the skeleton belonged to his daughter Mariflor Medalla, who was last seen on October 6, 2013.
