CEBU, Philippines - Joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-7 and the 2nd Air Division of the Philippine Air Force yesterday uprooted 1,700 stalks of marijuana during a raid in seven different plantations at sitio Basiao, Barangay Tubod in Badian town.

Licen said they scoured seven plantations and finished with close to 2,000 stalks of marijuana. They, however, failed to catch any cultivator in seven plantations that they searched.
"Lisod man gud kaayo na sila madakpan sir kay mobiya ra man na sila inig human og tanom," Licen said.
