Japanese caught having sex

CEBU, Philippines - A Japanese national and his Filipina partner were arrested by policeman in Daanbantayan Tuesday afternoon after they were caught having sex on the shoreline. 

The 31-year-old Japanese tourist, name withheld by The Freeman, and his partner caught the attention of the people in Barangay Bakhawan for doing a supposed private act in public.

Students from both Bakhawan Elementary School and Bakhawan National High School passing by the public beach at 5 pm have witnessed the scandalous act. The barangay tanods reported the incident to PO3 Romar Andrino who lives few blocks away from the beach. They responded at the area and arrested the suspects even before they could finish doing it.

The female partner came from Lapu-Lapu City and was in the area upon the invitation of a friend. Andrino said that the girl’s friend told him that she tried to stop her friend from doing it but the two ignored her.

“Gibadlong na kuno ni pero wala lang gyud patuo kay nagshow-show man kuno lang ni (Their attention were called but ignored it because they were only having a show),” Andrino said in a phone interview.

The two will be charged for grave scandal in violation of Article 200 of the Revised Penal Code. If convicted, the two will suffer the penalties of arresto mayor or an imprisonment of one month and one day to a maximum of six months and public censure.— (FREEMAN)
