CEBU, Philippines - Fr. Charles Luis Jayme, the custodian of the official image of St. Pedro Calungsod, said the image is now in Camp Aguinaldo and will go to Villamor Airbase and the Shrine of St. Theresa in NAIA.
He added the image will be flown to Laog, Ilocos Norte, tomorrow for a motorcade to Vigan and on Nov. 7, is scheduled for a stopover in Manila where Archbishop Antonio Tagle will celebrate a Mass.
After Manila, Jayme said the image will go to Southern Luzon.
“There will be a send-off Mass to the members of the Duaw Calungsod on Nov. 10, 2012,” he said.
Jayme said on Nov. 13, 2012 they will be going to Manila to meet the image and it will be flown to Catarman, Samar.
On Nov. 27, he said they will be due in Pier 1 of Cebu City at noon and head to the shrine of San Pedro Calungsod.
From there they will be going to Guadalupe and then to the South Road Properties for the blessing of the chapel before the thanksgiving Mass on Nov. 30 at the SRP. –(FREEMAN)
