PAF to screen applicants
CEBU, Philippines - The Philippine Air Force will conduct a nationwide PAF Candidate Soldier examination simultaneously in the different PAF bases scheduled for this month.
The following PAF units will be utilized as examination centers in the Visayas with dates of examinations; in the 560TH ABW, BGBEAB, Lapu-Lapu City on May 27, 2011; in TOG 6, Iloilo City on May 31, 2011; and TOG 8, Tacloban City on May 23, 2011.
All interested applicants may apply at the office of the director for personnel, 560th Air Base Wing, Brig. Gen. Benito Ebuen Air Base, Lapu-Lapu City and bring two 2x2 ID pictures with white background, authenticated copy of Transcript of Records, authenticated copy of birth certificate and a valid ID card.
Applicants must be male or female; natural-born citizens of the Republic of the Philippines; 18 years old but not more than 23 years old by June 1, 2011; must have accumulated at least 72 units from any government-recognized institution; stand 152.5 cm for both male and female; single and with no legal obligation to support a child; physically fit, mentally and psychologically fit for military training and with good moral character.
