CEBU, Philippines - The Primary Homes launched yesterday its new program, the i-ENCOUNTER or wealth education program for right investments.
Ramero Espina, Primary Homes’ vice president for sales and marketing, told The FREEMAN that i-ENCOUNTER is a unique program using different approach of real estate investments.
“i-ENCOUNTER is the newest innovation of the Primary Homes, a leading real estate developer in the Visayas specializing in subdivisions and condominiums with over 20 years of experience,” Espina said.
He stressed the new innovation talks about real estate, which is referred to as anything that encompasses land along with improvements.
Espina said their objectives are to be able to understand the new rules of money, to understand the importance of wise spending and to understand the benefit of investing in real estate.
Further, he explained that i-ENCOUNTER is all about “how to manage, spend and invest your money in a right tract that you can benefit from it.”
According to him, their target is for the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), the middle class, government employees and ordinary professionals to invest in Primary Homes.
Espina said they are doing this kind of program in order to educate OFWs and other professionals to spend and invest their money in a good and right way which in return they can get what they expected.
“We have a seminar every Saturday and every one is welcome. This new program is more on how to make an investment strategy,” Espina said, adding they have tested the program for two months to over 500 professionals and received good feedback from them.
He said the program will educate OFWs and also the ordinary professionals who may want to invest in Primary Homes.
The i-ENCOUNTER, Espina said, is not only intended for rich but also for those in the middle class or even the working class who have the capacity to make an investment.
He said among the characteristics of their new program are tangible, relative long-term appreciation, controllable risk, entitles passive income, used as collateral, hedge against inflation and tax, values does not become zero and hybrid. (FREEMAN)
