The police were able to confiscate 20 syringes and nine ampules of Nubain from the suspects.
Garciano said they are still investigating who owns the house where the seven suspects were caught for possible charges for maintaining a drug den.
According to Garciano, they were told that the suspects paid a certain amount to be able to use the house for their drug session.
Meanwhile, a man on board a motorcycle was arrested for having in his possession one pack of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
TRS operatives were on their anti-carnapping checkpoint operation in Barangay Pasil, Friday evening when they flagged down a motorcycle driven by Joel Lanit Bagol, 31, resident of the said place.
