For annual general inspection: CCPO checks traffic group's readiness
CEBU, Philippines - Four officials and some 40 personnel of the City Traffic Operations Management yesterday faced the officials from the Cebu City Police Office for the Pre-Annual General Inspection.
The activity was conducted to check CITOM’s preparedness and for them to know their lapses or deficiency for the coming Annual General Inspection next week.
Police Chief Inspector Andres Bayarcal, chief of Traffic Patrol Group said that the Pre-Annual General Inspection is one of their activities as preparations for the upcoming AGI wherein officials from the Camp Crame will come to inspect and test the local policemen’s alertness in performing their duties.
Bayarcal said that officials will check the supply in their office and see if they are prepared and ready to act in case emergency or an alarm arises.
They will also check if police officers are in proper uniforms and if they are fit to perform their social responsibilities.
The AGI is conducted yearly not just here in Cebu City but also in the other police offices in the country for the police to know what other things they need to do in order to improve the service they render to the public. (THE FREEMAN)
