Scavenger finds fetus

CEBU, Philippines - A scavenger of the Umapad dumpsite in Mandaue City found yesterday morning a fetus which was likely to be seven months old.

The scavenger found the fetus at around 6 a.m. which was clothed.

“Gikan sa garbage truck nga gihuwad ngari sa basurahan, posible nga walay kalibutan ang driver. Paghuman og huwad nilakaw ra man dayon ang driver,” the scavenger said.
