Initial investigation revealed that Margie Bago, 14, a resident of Carcar City, was walking along the road in barangay San Isidro, San Fernando when she was hit by the motorcycle with temporary plate number 04-3842 driven by Espra Welmer Gabisan, 23. Two other men were also on board the motorcycle – Ramil Limbaga, 24, and a certain Amay.
After Gabisan hit Bago, the motorcycle reportedly lost balance and threw the passengers off to the road.
