2 men charged for selling shabu
CEBU, Philippines - The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has filed charges before the Regional Trial Court against two men for alleged drug peddling and illegal drug possession.
Agustin Plarisan Alidon alias “bayot” and Wilson Bonajar are facing charges after PDEA agents caught them red handed with the marked money they paid in exchange of the shabu that they allegedly bought from the two suspects.
IO1 Kristian Ione Sesante and IO1 Jonar Cuayzon said they conducted the buy-bust operation last September 12 after they confirmed that “bayot” is involved in the illegal drug trade in Poblacion, Minglanilla.
Sesante, who acted as the poseur buyer, said it was Bonajar who met him and led him to the house of “bayot.” It was reportedly there that the buy-bust was consummated with the payment of P200 purportedly for the shabu.
The PDEA agents also seized three heat-sealed plastic packets of shabu weighing 0.12 grams.
Alison was charged of Sections 5 and 11 of the Dangerous Drugs Act while Bonajar is facing charges for violation of Section 5 or drug peddling for helping Alidon sell the regulated drug. — Jasmin R. Uy/JMO (THE FREEMAN)
