Shoe repair man shot dead

CEBU, Philippines - A shoe repair man was shot to death last Saturday night in Poblacion Ward II, Minglanilla town.

Police said the victim, Felimon Marsamolo Labiste, 52, married, resident of place, was shot by another shoe repair man Ronnie Lawsa of Liburon, Carcar.

Police initial investigation revealed that before incident happened, the victim engaged in a heated argument with the suspect regarding the price of the shoe their repaired.

The victim and the suspect’s stalls are allegedly just located near with each other.

At the height of their verbal tussle, Lawsa allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot Labiste to the head that caused his immediate death.
