Charges filed against man caught with shabu

CEBU, Philippines - The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has filed charges against a man who was caught in possession of 3.51 grams of shabu last July 31.   

Elements of the PDEA led by IO3 Yogi Felimon Ruiz implemented a search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Meinrado Paredes on July 29 against Louie Mandado of barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City.   

During the search IO1 Jonar Cuayzon found one heat sealed plastic pack containing 3.51 grams of shabu inside the drawer of a plastic cabinet covered and concealed by clothes.   

Mandado was placed under arrest and was charged for Violation of Section 11 of the Anti- Dangerous Drugs Act. – Jasmin R. Uy/JMO (THE FREEMAN)
