CEBU, Philippines – All public utility jeepneys plying on affected areas to the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral will be rerouted temporarily for the celebration of the 75th founding anniversary of the Archdiocese of Cebu.
P. Gomez Street, Mabini St., P. Burgos St. and Legaspi St. will be closed for the said event until the celebration is over.
Passenger jeep coming from Lahug and Apas with route nos. 04C, 04I, and 17C while plying along M.C. Briones shall turn left to D. Jakosalem Street, then to their usual route in going to their point of origin. Route nos. 04D, 04E, 04H, 17B, and 17D while traversing M.C. Briones St. shall turn left to D. Jakosalem St., left turn to Legaspi St., straight to Pelaez St., to their usual route, then to their point of origin.
Passenger jeep with route no. 02B passing along Colon St. shall turn left to Mabini St., right turn to Zulueta St., proceed to V. Sotto St., right turn to Arellano Boulevard., then make a U-turn to Legaspi Extension, to Pier 1, right turn to Arellano Blvd., then to their usual route.
Those with route nos. 08E, 08G, 09E, and 09F while passing through Colon St. shall turn to Mabini St., right turn to Zulueta St., right turn to M.J. Cuenco Avenue, right turn to V. Gullas St, to their usual route, then to their point of origin.
Passenger jeep going to SM City-Cebu/North Reclamation Area with route nos. 12I and 12J while plying along Colon St. shall turn left to Mabini St., right turn to Zulueta St., proceed to V. Sotto St., left turn to S. Osmeña Ave., then to their point of destination. In going back, PUJs with route nos. 09J, 10H, 10M, 12I, and 12J while traversing M.J. Cuenco Ave. shall turn right to V. Gullas St., to their usual route, then to their point of origin.
Those with route nos. 09A, 09C, 09K, 10E, 11D, 11G, 12C, 12D, and 12M while traversing along Colon St., shall turn right to Mabini St., right turn to V. Gullas St., to their usual route, then to their point of origin, except for route nos. 10E and 12C that shall turn left to D. Jakosalem St., turn right to Osmeña Blvd., left turn to Plaridel St., right turn to Magallanes St., to their usual route, back to their point of origin.
PUJs with route nos. 09G, 10G, 10K, 11A, and 12F while plying along Magallanes St., shall turn left to D. Jakosalem St., to their usual route, then to their point of origin.
Passenger jeep coming from Mandaue City with route nos. 21a, 21d, 22a, 22d, and 22G passing along V. Gullas St., shall turn right to Logarta St., right turn to Zulueta St., left turn to M.J. Cuenco Ave., then to their usual route, except for route no. 21D that shall go straight to V. Sotto St., left turn to S.
