Hubby hacks wife's lover
CEBU - A 38-year-old man was hacked by the husband of a woman he was sleeping with in barangay Poblacion, Oslob town around 11 p.m. last Sunday.
The victim identified as Francisco Taborada Jr., a resident of the place, while the suspect was identified as Carlito Pensan, 38, of Nueva Caceres of the town.
PO1 Johnny Tapales of the Oslob Police Station said that Carlito has long suspected of the illicit affair between Francisco and his wife, Jovita. So he decided to come home on a Sunday evening.
At the sight of the two sleeping together, an enraged Carlito took out his 13-inch bolo and hit Francisco with it several times.
“Dugay na ning gipanid-an sa suspetsado ang iyang asawa ug kining biktima. Mao ni nga naaktohan gyod niya. Sa dihang nasakpan, iya dayong gitigbas,” PO1 Tapales said.
Carlito fled after his neighbors were awakened by the commotion inside his house. Neighbors rushed the victim to the Oslob District Hospital, but he was later transferred to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in the city.
