UV Chorale concert Friday

CEBU - The much-sought after and multi-awarded UV Chorale will have a concert on Friday, December 12 at the St. Joseph Church in Mandaue City at 8 p.m.

This is a sort of homecoming concert from their successful performance in the recent World Youth Day celebration in Australia where they were the only performers from the Philippines requested to sing before cardinals and bishops all over the world.

Here in Cebu, no less than Cebu Archbishop Ricardo Cardinal Vidal requested the UV Chorale to sing in the 5:30 p.m. Mass at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral offered during the 37th anniversary of Cardinal Vidal’s ordination last November 30, Sunday.

Tickets for the concert on Friday will be available at the University Accounting Department and at the Mandaue Academy. On December 13, Saturday, the concert will be held at the Audio-Visual Room of the UV-Main Campus with matinee at 3 p.m. and gala at 6:30 p.m. — MEEV (THE FREEMAN)
