Chinese businessman found with stab wounds
CEBU - A Chinese businessman is now in critical condition after he was found with stab wounds on his body inside a female’s restroom in a commercial complex in Tabunok, Talisay City late afternoon Tuesday.
The victim, Lu Dun Mou alias Jackson, 39, a resident of sitio Hollowblock, barangay Tabunok, is now confined at the Chong Hua Hospital after losing too much blood owing to a slash on his neck and stab wounds on his chest and abdomen.
Investigation revealed that Lu had an argument with his father in their stall at the Aurora Gomez Arcade morning last Tuesday before he borrowed the key to the female’s restroom around 11am.
Hours later, tenants of the complex forcibly opened the door of the female’s restroom after some women complained that it was locked and they could not use it. Inside, they found Lu sprawled on the floor bathe in his own blood.
Police Senior Inspector Jovito Canlapan said it is possible that Lu tried to commit suicide but they are not closing their doors to other possible angles.
