TF support staff member passes Customs exams

CEBU - A member of The FREEMAN’s editorial support staff was among the 254 successful examinees who passed the Customs Broker Licensure Examination given last month.

He may not be among those who topped the exams but Roel Labrador, who graduated from the University of the Visayas in 2003, said passing it is already more than enough because “the exam was really hard.” In fact, he said he did not even expect that he could pass.

The Professional Regulations Commission announced that out of the 1,108 examinees who took the exams in Manila, Cebu and Davao last October 28 and 29, only 254 have made it.The PRC released the results three days after the last day of the examinations. — Wenna A. Berondo, Copy Editor  (THE FREEMAN)
