Man catches wife having sex with foreigner

CEBU – A 29-year-old woman will be facing charges of adultery after her husband caught her and her foreigner paramour in the act of having sex early morning yesterday at a hotel along Sepulveda Street, barangay Zapatera, Cebu City.

Randy (not his real name), of legal age, was carrying marriage documents when he and the police broke into one of the hotel’s rooms where they caught her wife and her lover doing the adulterous act.

SPO4 Wilson Paglinawan of Parian Police Station said Randy and his wife Annabel (not her real name) are residents of barangay Apas while her 46-year-old German lover is temporarily residing at the said hotel.

Paglinawan said Randy went to their office and sought help after learning of his wife’s illicit affair with the foreign national.

SPO1 James Estrera, PO3 Francisco Ortiz and PO1 Daniel Masecampo responded to the alarm and arrested Annabel and her paramour.

Paglinawan said that Randy was carrying a marriage contract between him and Annabel that is sealed by a registrar of Mandaue City court.

After their arrest, Annabel and her lover were taken to Parian Police Station.

Annabel was later transferred to women’s detention cell at the Cebu City Police Office awaiting the formal charge to be filed against her and her lover tomorrow. — Niña Chrismae G. Sumacot/WAB (THE FREEMAN)
