Rape case vs Akrho member
A minor has filed charges for kidnapping and serious illegal detention with rape against an alleged Alpha Kappa Rho initiator who allegedly held her inside a house in Minglanilla for four days.
The victim said in her sworn statement said that suspect Royson Restauro held her inside a house in Minglanilla from September 19 to 23 last year and raped her thrice within the said period.
The victim said that on the evening of September 19, while accompanied a classmate to buy food, Restauro grabbed them, dragged them to a parked motorcycle and told them to go with him.

The victim said that from the four days of detention she was raped twice in the evening of September 20 and once on September 21.
On September 23, the victim said that somebody came to the house and made her sign a blank document, which she alleged, was ordered by the father of the suspect in exchange for her release.
After signing the document, the suspect brought her to a gasoline station where she was met by the parents and the wife of the suspect, the wife of the suspect then texted the sister of the victim telling her to fetch her in the gas station. – Jasmin R. Uy/BRP
